  • When an order is placed with us we’ll ask you for a deposit payment because your safety glass is unique to your requirements and we cannot re-shelve it or resell it. Please note that Councils, Libraries, NHS Hospitals, Clinics and Surgeries are not required to pay upfront deposits. Once the work is completed, balance outstanding will need to be settled as per invoice. British Standards compliance certificate for the glass will be supplied for your records. Minor defects on goods supplied are acceptable as per buildings materials in building industries. Our lead time is usually 2-3 weeks, however, we will not be liable for any type of loss to our clients and/or third parties in case there are delivery delays to ageed time or date.
